Rules and Guidelines

• No carpets or mats unless approved by management.
• Campfires, firearms and fireworks are NOT allowed.
• No clotheslines or draping of clothes. For the safety of our guests, lines of any type are not to be tied to RV's, trees, bushes, or any other park property.
• Pets are welcome, although dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when outside of your RV. Pets must be walked in designated pet area and please pick-up after your pet. Pets are not to be left unattended.
• THIS IS AN ADULT PARK. If a child is here overnight, an adult must be present and in complete control at all time. No running in-and-out of offices, baths, laundry areas. No throwing rocks, climbing trees, sitting, walking or standing on top of picnic tables or fences. No crossing or walking through occupied sites. Our guests are entitled to their privacy. No horseplay by children will be tolerated.
• No parking on grass or cross-parking. Autos or tow vehicles must be parked ahead or behind RV. Extra vehicles should be parked at rear/south end of park on exit road.
• No loud or wild music.
• For the safety of our guests, all persons visiting in the park must be registered at the office.
• Garbage and trash must be placed in the dumpster at the rear/south end of park on exit road.
• Jackpads and sewer "do-nuts" or rings are required!
• Please help keep the restrooms clean. Smoking in the restrooms is prohibited. Please close laundry and restroom doors when exiting.
• Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM.
• Please observe 5 MPH speed limit in park.
  1st Offense - Warning
  2nd Offense - $25.00 Fine
  3rd Offense - Eviction from park
• Management reserves the right to evict any tenant or visitor not conforming to the above rules.

We respect our guests and monthly tenants and hope these few rules will help make everyone's stay more enjoyable.
